EPOS’ style is one of its own. It’s timepieces bear-witness to the greatest level of endeavor, to precision and influence. EPOS combines modern lifestyle with the classic dimensions to create timepieces which are indeed the greatest expression of watchmaker’s art. EPOS has worked closely with artists and engineers from the Vallee de Joux, an area which is truly famous for watchmaking. EPOS was founded in 1983 by Peter Hofer and it was his love for watch making which lead him to start EPOS. EPOS is dedicated to creating only excellent watches, and as such, the timepieces range from traditional to the modern tastes. Each timepiece, each cog, each dial, every bit of the watch working together provides an inspired effort of mechanical movement which can be done by only the best of watch makers. The members of the EPOS watch making team, set in Biel, devote their keenness of their chosen profession in each and every design they put together. EPOS movements are put together and adjusted in the EPOS workshop. Great effort is taken to keep the design of each watch model united in appearance, function and style. Each new EPOS watch and the pieces therein are tested and studied by the engineers and watchmakers of EPOS.
